?
Working parents are under unprecedented pressure. Research shows that over 50% of working parents report higher stress levels than their non-parent peers. Everyday parenting challenges, such as disrupted sleep, managing screen time, and concerns around children’s development or mental health don’t stay at home. They show up in the workplace, contributing to more than €9 billion in lost productivity each year.
At the same time, the scale of need among children is growing. One in five children are experiencing a probable mental health disorder, and one in four has a significant developmental difference such as Autism, ADHD, or Dyslexia.
For working parents, this creates a constant tension: trying to perform at work while navigating complex, emotionally demanding parenting challenges. Without the right support, stress increases, focus drops, and both employee wellbeing and organisational performance suffer.
ParenTalk exists to bridge this gap - supporting parents in real time, and helping employers protect productivity, engagement, and retention.
