Camilla is a Board Certified Behaviour Advisor and Primary School Teacher, with an
MSc in Behavioural Psychology from Trinity College Dublin. She has also worked as
a government advisor, supporting national initiatives in early development and
school-based support for children with neurodiverse needs.
For over 20 years, Camilla has worked directly with parents, supporting families
through the everyday realities of raising children from early communication and
emotional development to navigating Autism, ADHD, sensory differences, and
behaviours of concern. Through this work, she has seen first-hand how parenting
pressures don’t stop at the front door, and how challenges at home often show up in
the workplace through stress, fatigue, and reduced focus.
In 2018, Camilla founded Toddler Talk to support parents during the first 1,000 days,
a critical window for early development. Building on this, she co-founded ParenTalk
in 2023 with Sharon Fennelly, bringing evidence-based, practical parenting support
into the workplace. Today, her work focuses on helping organisations support working parents in meaningful ways — strengthening wellbeing, retention, and performance by offering the right support at the right time.
